Since August 2010 all of our typefaces have been made available in OpenType format only. OpenType is a new cross-platform font format. It enables fonts to contain a large number of characters, provides advanced typographic features and can be used on both Macintosh and Windows computers. The old formats Postscript Type-1 and TrueType are only available on request.
All of our fonts are available in two different versions:
OpenType Basic fonts cover the Western and Central European character set. They contain one set of numerals only (normally tabular figures) and no OpenType feratures.
OpenType Expert fonts cover the Western and Central European character set and contain different numerals and other OpenType features.
Please note that these new fonts behave somewhat differently to the old formats. When opening documents using the old formats, be aware that changes in layout might occur.
